Return & Exchange Policy
At Bamagate.sg, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair and compliant with Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
1. 14-Day Change of Mind
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for cosmetic items, customised items e.g., earrings, swimwear, innerwear, or beauty products. Sale items marked as "Clearance Sale" are also ineligible for change-of-mind returns.

Return Method: Change-of-mind returns are typically processed via Store Credit / Original Payment Method / Bank transfer.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items (Lemon Law)
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately [24 hours] of receipt.
Under Singapore’s Lemon Law, if an item is found to be defective, we will:

Arrange for a Repair or Replacement at no cost to you.

Provide a Full Refund if a replacement is unavailable or the repair is not feasible.
Note: Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions does not qualify as a defect.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Email us: Send an email to contact@bamagate.sg with your Order ID and photos of the item.

Pack the item: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.

Send it back: You can drop off the parcel at any NinjaVan / SingPost / Easy Parcel point.
4. Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Defective/Incorrect Items: Bamagate.sg will cover all shipping costs for the return and the delivery of the replacement item.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
